1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding document between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Hitomorrow Management Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of our educational services related to trading and financial markets (“Services”).

By registering, purchasing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

3.2 The Company is not a financial advisor, broker, or licensed investment firm. We do not offer investment advice, portfolio management, or execution services. All content is strictly for educational purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to:

• Use the Services only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 You shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
• Use our materials to provide unauthorized trading education to others.
• Misuse the platform or engage in disruptive, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Prices for Services are displayed on our website or platform and are subject to applicable UAE VAT (5%).

5.2 Payments must be made in advance using approved methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

5.3 Refunds may be issued only in accordance with our Refund Policy, published on our website. No refunds will be provided after significant use (e.g., accessing 20% or more of the course).

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content provided by the Company — including videos, text, graphics, course structures, and logos — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal learning.

6.3 Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 All Services are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee:

• That the information is always accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
• That using our training will result in financial gain or successful trading.

7.2 The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage — including financial losses — incurred by the User as a result of applying knowledge gained from our courses.

7.3 The User is solely responsible for any trading decisions they make.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8.2 By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

9.1 The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You breach any term of this Agreement;
• You engage in illegal or unethical behavior on our platform;
• Required by law or regulatory authority.

9.2 You may terminate your use of the Services at any time. However, termination does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Amendments

10.1 We reserve the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.

10.2 Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

11.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
