1. The Event and the organiser
1.1 These rules govern the Open Call, 2–30 November 2026 edition (the "Event").
1.2 The Event is organised by Hitomorrow Assessment Data Classification and Analysis L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial License No. 1275729 and Commercial Register No. 2890292, with its address at Office C1801-12, Nikat Select, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("hi2morrow" or the "firm"). The firm alone is party to these rules with each participant. No other company of the hi2morrow group is a party to them.
1.3 A person accepts these rules by completing registration for the Event. The General Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy published on hi2morrow.com govern the use of the website and of the Client Section. In any matter concerning the Event, these rules prevail over those documents.
1.4 The Event is not a Qualification Program, a Test Flight or an Attempt within the meaning of the General Terms & Conditions. The provisions of those terms on the completion of an Attempt and on the opening of a Level do not apply to the Event, and an offer under section 14 leads to a Level under these rules and the agreement referred to in clause 14.3 alone.
1.5 Capitalised terms have the meanings given in section 23.
2. Nature of the Event
2.1 Taking part is free of charge. No purchase or payment is required to register, to take part or to receive any outcome, and no purchase affects a participant's place in the Standings or outcome.
2.2 Places in the Standings, and which participants fall within the offers and the codes under section 14, are determined solely by each participant's trading measured against these rules. Chance plays no part in them, including in the resolution of ties.
2.3 Each participant trades a simulated account with live market data. The participant deposits no money and puts no money at risk, and no simulated result can be withdrawn.
2.4 No money is paid for any result. No outcome can be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
2.5 Nothing in the Event is an offer of employment or of investment services, or investment advice.
3. Dates
3.1 All times in these rules are Eastern Time (New York). A "Session" is a day on which the New York Stock Exchange holds a regular trading session, and a "Shortened Session" is a Session on which the exchange closes early. For these rules, a Session ends at 15:45:00, or at 12:45:00 on a Shortened Session.
3.2 The Event runs on the following dates:
| Stage | Dates |
|---|---|
| Registration | From the publication of these rules until 23:59 on Wednesday 28 October 2026, or until the last available place is confirmed, as section 4 provides |
| Warm-up | Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026, not scored |
| Scored Month | Monday 2 – Monday 30 November 2026, 20 Sessions |
| Interim Standings | Fridays 6, 13, 20 and 27 November 2026, as at the end of that Session; Friday 4 December 2026, as at the end of the last Session of the Scored Month |
| Verification | Tuesday 1 – Thursday 10 December 2026 |
| Results | Friday 11 December 2026 |
| Acceptance of offers sent with the results | Until 23:59 on Thursday 24 December 2026 |
| Signature of the agreement for offers sent with the results; activation of Qualification Codes; use of Discount Codes | Until 23:59 on Friday 5 February 2027, subject to clauses 14.4, 14.6 and 14.7 |
3.3 There is no Session on Thursday 26 November 2026, when US markets are closed. Friday 27 November 2026 is a Shortened Session (clause 8.4). Subject to clause 17.2, the dates in clause 3.2 do not move, and the Scored Month is not extended.
4. Places
4.1 The Event has 500 places. A place is confirmed when the person has completed registration and the firm has confirmed the place in the Client Section or by e-mail. Places are confirmed in the order in which registrations are completed. No place is reserved. Registration stops when every available place is confirmed.
4.2 If all 500 places are confirmed before 23:59 on Wednesday 28 October 2026, the firm may, before that time, open 500 further places, up to 1,000 places in total, by announcing them on the Event Page, and registration then resumes. No place is added after 23:59 on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
4.3 A person may hold one place and may register for the Event once.
4.4 The "Participant Count" is the number of places confirmed at 23:59 on Wednesday 28 October 2026. The firm publishes it, together with the number of offers in each band under clause 14.2, on the Event Page before the first Session of the Scored Month. The Participant Count does not change when a participant leaves the Event, does not trade or is removed.
5. Who may take part
5.1 A person may take part if, on the day of registration and throughout the Event, the person:
(a) is at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority in the person's country of residence if that age is higher;
(b) is not resident in the United States of America, in the United Kingdom, in the Netherlands, in Croatia or in Italy;
(c) is not resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, is not a person subject to sanctions of any of them, and is not excluded from the firm's services by the General Terms & Conditions;
(d) is not resident in any other jurisdiction in which taking part in the Event is restricted by law; and
(e) is not an employee, officer or contractor of a company of the hi2morrow group, including an affiliate in the hi2morrow Affiliate Program, and is not a member of the household of any such person.
5.2 A person who, on the day of registration, holds an account on the firm's capital may not take part. A current or past Attempt in the Qualification Program, or a Test Flight, does not prevent a person from taking part. While both run, trading the same instrument in the same direction in the Account and in the participant's own Qualification Account or Test Flight is permitted and is not a breach of the General Terms & Conditions.
5.3 Identity and country of residence are verified only for participants who receive an offer or a Qualification Code, as clauses 14.3 and 14.6 provide. In a matter under clause 15.4 the risk desk may also ask a participant for proof of identity.
5.4 A participant found not to meet clause 5.1 or clause 5.2 is removed, following clause 15.4, and any outcome given to that participant is annulled.
6. Registration
6.1 Registration takes place in the Open Call section of the Client Section at trader.hi2morrow.com, where the person joins the Event and accepts these rules. The registration details are the details of the person's Client Section account, including name, e-mail address and country of residence. A person who has no Client Section account opens one in the course of registration.
6.2 The Standings identify each participant only by the number that the platform assigns to the participant's Account (the "Account number").
6.3 A person who registers through an affiliate's link is attributed to that affiliate under the terms of the hi2morrow Affiliate Program, and the attribution has no effect on the Event.
6.4 Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
6.5 A participant may leave the Event at any time before the results are published, by notice in the Client Section or by e-mail to support@hi2morrow.com. A participant who leaves receives no outcome.
7. The Account
7.1 Each participant receives one simulated trading account (the "Account") on the firm's trading platform, with live market data for the instruments on the Eligible List. The Account opens with a simulated balance of $50,000 and $50,000 of buying power.
7.2 One "R" is 0.25% of $50,000, being $125. R does not change during the Event.
7.3 The Account is available in the Warm-up on the same conditions as in the Scored Month. Before the first Session of the Scored Month the Account is reset: the balance returns to $50,000 and the Target to +10R. No result from the Warm-up carries into the Scored Month. Section 15 applies to conduct in the Warm-up.
7.4 The Account is personal. Only the participant may trade it, and the participant keeps its login details confidential.
7.5 Trading on the Account ends at the end of the last Session of the Scored Month. Where clause 10.2 ends a participant's Scored Month earlier, no trading after that moment counts, and the firm may restrict the Account to closing positions. The Account is closed after the results are published.
8. Trading Hours
8.1 Positions may be opened and added to from 09:35:00 to 15:45:00 on each Session.
8.2 At 15:45:00 the platform closes every open position at market. The result of that closing counts in full. Any position open after 15:45:00 is closed at the first available price.
8.3 No position may be opened or added to before 09:35:00 or after 15:45:00. Pre-market, after-hours and overnight trading are not available.
8.4 On a Shortened Session, 12:45:00 replaces 15:45:00 in clauses 8.1 to 8.3.
9. Instruments and size
9.1 Only an instrument on the Eligible List may be traded, long or short. No other instrument may be traded, including options. A short sale is possible where the platform accepts it.
9.2 The "Eligible List" is the list that the firm publishes on the Event Page before the Warm-up. It contains only common or ordinary shares, American depositary shares and exchange-traded products listed on a national securities exchange in the United States that, when the list is prepared, have an average daily consolidated volume above 2,000,000 shares over the preceding 20 Sessions, an official closing price of at least $3.00 on the last of those Sessions, and a market capitalisation above $200 million or, for an exchange-traded product, net assets above $200 million. The published list is conclusive and applies in the Warm-up and the Scored Month, subject to clause 9.5.
9.3 No position may be opened or added to in an instrument while trading in it is halted, or within one minute after trading in it resumes. A position held through a halt remains the participant's position, and its result counts in full.
9.4 No order may take the gross market value of open positions above the buying power of the Account. A position in a single instrument may not exceed the number of shares stated for it on the Eligible List, being 0.5% of its median daily consolidated volume over the same 20 Sessions, rounded down, as adjusted under clause 9.5. No other limit applies to the size of a single position.
9.5 Where an instrument on the Eligible List changes its symbol, the firm updates its entry. Where the shares of an instrument on the Eligible List are split or consolidated, the firm adjusts the number of shares stated for it in the same proportion, rounded down. The firm announces each update on the Event Page. No instrument is added to the Eligible List after it is published.
10. The limits and commission
10.1 Daily Pause, −1R (−$125). The participant may not open or add to any position:
(a) for the rest of a Session, once the participant's Net Result for that Session on closed positions reaches −1R; or
(b) while the participant's Net Result for a Session on all positions, with open positions at the current market price, is at or below −1R.
Open positions may be kept, reduced or closed. The Daily Pause takes effect when the trading platform registers it under paragraph (a) or paragraph (b), and ends at the start of the next Session at the latest.
10.2 Limit, −10R (−$1,250). The Limit is measured from the starting balance of $50,000, at every moment, including open positions at the current market price, and does not move with profit. When the equity of the Account reaches $48,750 or less, the participant's Scored Month ends at that moment and open positions are closed.
10.3 Commission. A simulated commission of $0.0015 per share ($1.50 per 1,000 shares) is charged on every fill. Every Net Result in these rules is after commission, including for the Daily Pause, the Limit, the Target and the Standings. No other fee is simulated.
10.4 Fills in breach. Any profit attributable to a fill that opens or adds to a position in breach of section 8, section 9 or clause 10.1 is excluded from the participant's Net Result, and any loss attributable to it counts in full. This clause does not limit section 15.
11. The Target
11.1 The Target of every participant starts at +10R ($1,250).
11.2 Best-Day Rule. After each Session of the Scored Month, if the participant's Net Result for that Session is more than 20% of the participant's Target at that time, the Target becomes that Net Result divided by 0.20. While the Target is +10R, the threshold is $250 (2R). The Net Result of the Session counts in full, and the Scored Month continues. The Target never falls, and a Session that closes with a loss does not change it.
11.3 A participant reaches the Target if the participant's Net Result for the Scored Month at the end of its last Session, with every position closed and after any change to the Target under clause 11.2 for that Session, is equal to or greater than the Target. A Net Result at or above the Target before the last Session has no effect of its own: the Scored Month and the limits continue until the end of its last Session.
12. Inside the Rules, Outside the Rules, Removed
12.1 A "Session Traded" is a Session of the Scored Month in which the participant opened at least one position. The "Minimum Sessions" are 10, being half of the 20 Sessions of the Scored Month, rounded up. Where a Session is declared neutral under clause 16.1, the Minimum Sessions are half of the Sessions of the Scored Month not declared neutral, rounded up.
12.2 From the end of the last Session of the Scored Month, each participant is in one of the following states:
(a) "Inside the Rules": the participant's Scored Month was not ended under clause 10.2, the participant has at least the Minimum Sessions Traded, and the participant has neither left the Event nor been removed;
(b) "Outside the Rules": the participant's Scored Month was ended under clause 10.2, the participant has fewer than the Minimum Sessions Traded, or the participant left the Event, and in each case the participant has not been removed. The result stands as recorded, no outcome is given, and the participant may take part in later editions;
(c) "Removed": the participant was removed under section 5 or section 15. The result is annulled, no outcome is given, and the firm may refuse the participant's registration for later editions.
13. The Standings
13.1 The "Standings" rank participants by Net Result for the Scored Month, calculated to the cent, highest first. Interim Standings include every participant whose Scored Month has not been ended under clause 10.2 and who has neither left the Event nor been removed. The interim Standings of Friday 4 December 2026 and the final Standings include only participants Inside the Rules.
13.2 The Standings show the place, the Account number and the Net Result in R to two decimal places. They also show the participant's Target and Sessions Traded. They show no amount of money, no balance and no image of an account.
13.3 The firm publishes interim Standings on the Event Page on the dates in clause 3.2. An interim place creates no right. The final Standings are published with the results on Friday 11 December 2026, after Verification.
13.4 Participants with the same Net Result are ordered by the following criteria, each applied only where the previous one leaves them level:
(a) the smaller maximum drawdown in R during the Scored Month, being the largest fall of the balance of the Account at the end of a Session below the starting balance or below any higher balance at the end of an earlier Session;
(b) the smaller share of the Net Result for the Scored Month produced by the participant's best Session;
(c) the more Sessions Traded;
(d) the earlier Session at the end of which the participant's Net Result for the Scored Month first reached its final value.
Participants still level after criterion (d) share the place, and the places that they would otherwise have taken after it are left empty. Each of them receives the outcome that the shared place carries.
13.5 With the results, the firm publishes on the Event Page the Participant Count, the number of participants who finished Inside the Rules, the number who reached the Target and the number of offers made in each band.
13.6 Ranking in the Client Section. The Open Call section of the Client Section also shows a ranking that is generated automatically. That ranking is for information only. It may not be updated in real time, its figures may lag behind trading, and it does not reflect the decisions that the risk desk takes under these rules while it supervises the trading of every participant. The Standings may therefore differ from it. Places are determined only by the Standings, and outcomes only under section 14 on the basis of the final Standings published after Verification. In that ranking, each participant's name, as registered in the Client Section, and figures of the participant's Account, which may include amounts of money, are visible to other users of the Client Section.
14. Outcomes
14.1 Each participant's outcome follows from the participant's finish:
| Finish | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Inside the Rules, Target reached, within the offers under clause 14.2 | An offer to trade the firm's capital (clauses 14.3 and 14.4) |
| Inside the Rules, Target reached, not within the offers | A Qualification Code (clause 14.6) |
| Inside the Rules, Target not reached | A Discount Code (clause 14.7) |
| Outside the Rules or Removed | No outcome |
No participant receives an offer or a Qualification Code with a Net Result for the Scored Month below +10R.
14.2 Offers. Offers are made in three bands. Subject to clause 13.4, each band holds one per cent of the Participant Count, rounded up to a whole number: five when the Participant Count is 500, and ten when it is 1,000. The offers go to participants who finished Inside the Rules and reached the Target, taken in the order of the final Standings; a participant who did not reach the Target is passed over:
| Order among participants who reached the Target | Offer | Buying power | Profit share | With 500 participants | With 1,000 participants |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First band | Senior Trader I (L7) | $150,000 | 55% | 1–5 | 1–10 |
| Second band | Associate III (L3) | $50,000 | 50% | 6–10 | 11–20 |
| Third band | Associate I (L1) | $20,000 | 50% | 11–15 | 21–30 |
Where fewer participants reach the Target than there are offers, offers are made from the first band down, and the remaining offers are not made. The Target is not lowered to fill them.
14.3 The offer. Access to the firm's capital is at the firm's discretion. An offer is an offer of an account on the firm's capital at the stated Level of the Real Capital Phase, opened under these rules and a separate profit-share agreement with the company of the hi2morrow group that provides the capital. The account opens once the participant has accepted the offer, the firm has verified the participant's identity and country of residence, and the participant has signed that agreement. From then on the account is governed by that agreement and by the rules of the Real Capital Phase published on hi2morrow.com, under which its Level may change.
14.4 Acceptance. The offer is sent with the results or, in the cases under clauses 15.5 and 18.3, when the matter is decided. The participant may accept it, in the Client Section or by e-mail, within 13 days of the date on which it is sent. The offer ends if the participant declines it or does not accept it in time, and in any case if the agreement has not been signed within eight weeks of the date on which the offer is sent. For an offer sent with the results, these periods end at 23:59 on Thursday 24 December 2026 and at 23:59 on Friday 5 February 2027. An offer is personal, cannot be transferred and has no cash alternative. An offer that is declined, ends or is not made does not pass to another participant.
14.5 Offer or Qualification Code. A participant who receives an offer does not also receive a Qualification Code. The participant receives a Qualification Code instead where the firm does not make an offer that clause 14.2 provides for, or where the offer ends without the agreement having been signed for a reason outside the participant's control; in either case the firm gives the reason in writing, unless the law forbids it. Where verification shows that the participant does not meet section 5, clause 5.4 applies.
14.6 Qualification Code. Each participant who finished Inside the Rules and reached the Target, and who does not receive an offer, receives a Qualification Code. The code opens one Attempt at the Associate tier of the Qualification Program, with $20,000 of buying power, without its Participation Fee of $99. The Attempt is an Attempt at that tier for all purposes of the General Terms & Conditions and the Qualification Terms of Service in force on the day the code is activated, including the rules on a second Attempt at half the Participation Fee and on the opening of a Level after a confirmed completion, except that no Participation Fee is paid for it and none is returned or credited for it at any later stage. The code may be activated after the firm has verified the participant's identity and country of residence, no later than 23:59 on Friday 5 February 2027 or 30 days after the date on which the code is sent, whichever is later. Where an Attempt of the participant is running on that date, the code may be activated within 30 days after that Attempt ends.
14.7 Discount Code. Each participant who finished Inside the Rules without reaching the Target receives a Discount Code for 10% off the Participation Fee of one Attempt in the Qualification Program, at any tier, valid until 23:59 on Friday 5 February 2027 or 30 days after the date on which it is sent, whichever is later. It does not apply to a Test Flight and cannot be combined with any other code or with the reduced fee for a second Attempt.
14.8 Codes. Qualification Codes and Discount Codes are sent with the results or, in the cases under clauses 14.5, 15.5 and 18.3, when the outcome is decided. Each code is personal, may be used once, cannot be transferred and has no cash value.
14.9 Each participant is responsible for any tax that arises for that participant in connection with an outcome.
15. Verification, conduct and the right of reply
15.1 Verification. From Tuesday 1 to Thursday 10 December 2026 the risk desk reviews the trading of every participant who finished Inside the Rules and reached the Target. The risk desk may ask any participant to explain any trade, during the Scored Month or in Verification.
15.2 Conduct. The following lead to the removal of the participant:
(a) more than one registration for the Event, or more than one Account, held or controlled by the same person under any name, e-mail address or identity, in which case every registration of that person is removed;
(b) trading another participant's Account, or allowing any other person to trade one's own;
(c) mirrored or coordinated trading with an account of another person on the firm's platform, whether by agreement or by repeating its orders, or holding opposite positions in the same instrument at the same time in the Account and in any other account held or controlled by the participant on the firm's platform;
(d) orders placed through automation, scripts or connections not provided by the platform, and any strategy that depends on a delay, error or limitation of the platform or of the market data;
(e) trading on a price, data or platform error that the participant knows of or ought reasonably to know of, instead of reporting it;
(f) any attempt to interfere with the platform, the market data, another participant's Account or the Standings;
(g) false or misleading registration or verification details;
(h) threats, harassment or abuse directed at the firm's staff or at other participants.
15.3 A loss, the end of a Scored Month under clause 10.2, infrequent trading and any style of trading within these rules do not lead to removal. Sharing an internet connection, a network or an IP address with another participant is not, on its own, a ground for removal.
15.4 Right of reply. Before removing a participant, or excluding a result under clause 10.4, the risk desk informs the participant in writing of what it has found and gives the participant three business days to reply. The risk desk may ask the participant for information or documents, including proof of identity. It then decides on the evidence before it and gives its decision in writing, with the reason.
15.5 Where a matter concerning a participant is still open on Friday 11 December 2026, the final Standings show that participant's place as under review, and the firm decides the matter by 23:59 on Thursday 24 December 2026. When the matter is decided, the participant receives the outcome of the place that the participant's result, as decided, would have held in the final Standings, or no outcome if the participant is removed. The outcomes of other participants do not change.
15.6 Where the firm finds, after the results, that a participant did not meet section 5 or engaged in conduct under clause 15.2, it annuls the participant's outcome, following clause 15.4. An annulled outcome does not pass to another participant. Where an account on the firm's capital has opened, the profit-share agreement governs.
15.7 The firm's decisions under these rules, taken in good faith and in accordance with them, are final for the purposes of the Event. This does not limit any right of a participant under mandatory law.
16. Platform and data events
16.1 If the platform or the market data is unavailable to all participants for more than fifteen minutes during Trading Hours, the firm may declare that Session neutral. Positions open at the time of the outage are closed at the first available price, and the balance of each Account returns to its value at the start of that Session. No Daily Pause or reaching of the Limit in a neutral Session counts, and a neutral Session is not a Session Traded. The firm announces a neutral Session on the Event Page on the same day.
16.2 A failure of a participant's own connection, device or location does not make a Session neutral.
16.3 A trading halt, a limit up-limit down pause or a regulatory halt in an instrument does not make a Session neutral.
16.4 Where the platform cancels an erroneous fill, the participant's results are corrected to what they would have been without that fill, and the participant is informed.
16.5 The platform's records of orders, fills, prices and results are conclusive, save for manifest error.
17. Changes and force majeure
17.1 These rules do not change from their publication until 23:59 on Friday 5 February 2027: no number, date, limit or outcome in them is changed in that time, other than an update to the Eligible List under clause 9.5. The only events that alter the course of the Event are those provided for in clause 4.2, section 16 and clause 17.2. Sections 1, 2, 14, 15, 16 and 18 to 23 continue to apply after that date.
17.2 Neither the firm nor a participant is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, an epidemic, war, civil unrest, an act of government, or a failure of an exchange, of a provider of market data, of the provider of the trading platform or of power or telecommunications networks that the party affected could not reasonably prevent. Where such an event, a change in law or a direction of a competent authority makes it impossible or unlawful to continue the Event, the firm may suspend or end the Event by notice on the Event Page and by e-mail. Sessions during a suspension are neutral under clause 16.1. If the Event ends before the results are published, each participant whose Scored Month has not ended under clause 10.2, and who has neither left the Event nor been removed, receives a Discount Code, and no other outcome under section 14 arises.
17.3 Later editions may have different rules, which are published before their registration opens.
18. Personal data
18.1 For the Event the firm processes:
(a) registration details: name, e-mail address, country of residence and the other details of the participant's Client Section account;
(b) the records of the Account: orders, fills, positions, results, every Daily Pause and the reaching of the Limit;
(c) technical data: device, IP address and session data;
(d) correspondence with the participant; and
(e) identity documents and proof of residence of participants who receive an offer or a Qualification Code, and information and documents provided under clause 15.4.
18.2 The firm uses this data to run the Event, to apply the limits, to compile and publish the Standings by Account number, to show each participant's name and figures of the participant's Account in the ranking in the Client Section under clause 13.6, to verify records and eligibility, including to detect multiple registrations and coordinated trading, to send outcomes, and to meet its legal obligations. Marketing messages beyond those needed to run the Event are sent only with the participant's separate consent.
18.3 The firm processes this data as described in the Privacy Policy at hi2morrow.com/privacy-policy, which sets out the legal bases, the recipients, the retention periods and the participant's rights. The Qualification Privacy Policy applies to the records of the Account as it applies to the records of a Qualification Account, including the right to have the reaching of the Limit or any other automated action on the Account reviewed by a person, on request to privacy@hi2morrow.com. A request received by 23:59 on Monday 7 December 2026 is decided before the results; a later request is decided within one month of its receipt. Where a later request leads to an action being set aside, the participant receives the outcome of the place that the corrected result would have held in the final Standings, and the outcomes of other participants do not change.
19. Publicity
19.1 The firm publishes the Standings by Account number and in R. Apart from the ranking in the Client Section under clause 13.6, it publishes a participant's real name or image only with that participant's separate written consent, and publishes no amount of money connected with any participant's Account.
19.2 A participant may describe the participant's own participation and results, but may not present a simulated result as money earned or state that the firm paid the participant for a result.
19.3 The firm may use the Standings and anonymised or aggregated data from the Event in its own materials.
20. Liability
20.1 Nothing in these rules limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
20.2 Subject to clause 20.1, the firm is not liable for any simulated result; for the availability, accuracy or speed of the platform or of the market data; for a decision taken in good faith under these rules; for any loss of opportunity arising from an outcome not given or from the suspension or end of the Event; or for any indirect or consequential loss.
20.3 Subject to clause 20.1, the total liability of the firm to a participant in connection with the Event is limited to USD 100.
21. Other platforms
21.1 The Event is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook and Instagram, Google LLC, including YouTube, or any other platform on which it is advertised or promoted.
