Marketing Guidelines for hi2morrow Affiliates

These Marketing Guidelines form part of the hi2morrow Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement"), which prevails over them, and use the terms defined in the Agreement. The Affiliate must ensure that all Content complies with these Guidelines and must itself comply with them.

1. Description of hi2morrow and its products

1.1 Content is accurate, is consistent with the Website and states prices, figures and rules as the Website shows them on the day of publication.

1.2 Content presents a Qualification only as a paid assessment on a simulated account with live market data, and presents neither it nor anything that follows it as employment, a career, an investment, an investment service or funding, including a funded account, nor the fee as a deposit or an investment.

1.3 Content describes what may follow a pass only in these words: "Pass the qualification, and you can trade real US shares with the firm's capital. Access to the firm's capital is at hi2morrow's discretion." The second sentence may be omitted where the Content carries the disclaimer under section 2.1 in full. The statement is not placed next to a mention of the Test Flight or its price.

1.4 Content describes the Participation Fee Credit under clause 16.9 of the GTC only in these words: "The fee returns with a trader's first profit share on a real account."

1.5 Content presents the Test Flight as a one-month trial of one tier's rules, not as a tier, a tier discount or a route to the firm's capital, and does not compare its price with tier prices.

1.6 Content does not state or suggest that hi2morrow is a regulated or licensed financial firm, or mention any financial regulator, financial licence or other company of its group.

2. Disclaimer

2.1 Content carries hi2morrow's disclaimer, clearly and legibly and in its own language: "Marketing communication. The qualification runs on a simulated account with live market data. Access to firm capital is at the firm's discretion. Not an offer of employment or investment services." A video or a story may carry the short form: "Simulated account · live market data · not an offer of employment or investment services".

2.2 A Short Reply needs no disclaimer and no label under section 5.1. A Link placed in a bio, profile or channel description needs no disclaimer and carries "#ad" next to it, or "#ad · إعلان" for an audience in Saudi Arabia.

2.3 In a language other than English, the disclaimer and the statements in sections 1.3 and 1.4 are used only in a translation that hi2morrow provides in writing.

3. Results and earnings

3.1 Content does not promise or suggest income, profit, payouts or a pass, suggests access to the firm's capital only in the words of section 1.3, and shows no balances, results, payouts, earnings or wealth, including those of the Review Account.

3.2 Content states no pass rate or other figure about participants' results, and contains no fake or misleading reviews or testimonials.

3.3 Content creates no false urgency, such as countdowns, invented deadlines or claims of limited places, other than the number of places in a Free Event published on the Website.

4. Investment advice and financial products

4.1 Content contains no investment advice, trading ideas, signals or offers to copy trades, and does not present the Affiliate as a broker or as hi2morrow's agent or employee.

4.2 Content does not link hi2morrow with CFDs, forex or crypto, even to deny offering them.

5. Advertising disclosure and permits

5.1 Content states clearly, at its start, that it is advertising and that the Affiliate is paid for referrals, using the platform's paid-partnership or paid-promotion setting where there is one and any further label that the law of each market at which it is aimed requires, including, for India, the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022, and the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media.

5.2 The Affiliate holds every permit and licence that its advertising requires where it lives, publishes or aims Content, including, where required, the UAE Media Council's Advertiser Permit and a Saudi Mawthooq licence, and gives hi2morrow their details on request.

6. Audience and conduct

6.1 Content is directed only at persons aged eighteen (18) or over.

6.2 The Affiliate sends no unsolicited messages about hi2morrow, does not post the Link or the Code unasked in comments, groups, chats or channels that it does not run, and uses no fake accounts, bots, or bought followers or engagement.

6.3 The Affiliate uses no account, page, group, channel, domain or app whose name contains "hi2morrow" or that could be taken for an official hi2morrow account.

6.4 Content makes no false or disparaging statement about another company or its products.

6.5 Content does not present hi2morrow, a Qualification or a Free Event as a game, a bet, a lottery, a prize draw, a contest or a competition, or as a way to win money or prizes.

6.6 Paid advertising that mentions hi2morrow or uses the Link or the Code requires hi2morrow's prior written consent.
