Pass one qualification. Trade real firm capital.
We select traders through a simulated qualification on live U.S. market data, then allocate real firm capital for live execution on U.S. exchanges. Performance and incentives are aligned.
How we partner with traders
Our model is built for professionals ready to operate with real capital and institutional standards.
A clear path to live capital
Simulated qualification runs on direct real-time feeds from U.S. exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX). Pass it and you transition to managing real firm capital in live markets with institutional execution — no perpetual demos, no pay-to-play.
We select serious traders
Our process identifies disciplined professionals who show edge, risk management and consistency under live-market conditions — traders ready to operate within strict institutional risk parameters on firm capital.
Partnerships built on performance
Qualification success brings firm investment in infrastructure, mentorship and development: dedicated risk oversight, platform access, paid research and team integration. Profit share aligns incentives so both sides grow together.
Real capital, institutional execution
After onboarding you manage live firm-funded accounts and execute real orders on U.S. equities via Direct Market Access. Capital scales with performance and risk adherence. Live capital — not a simulated environment.
One qualification. No capital required from you.
A single successful pass opens the opportunity; the firm provides the funding. Platform fees, market-data fees and standard commissions are charged transparently to the trading account and deducted automatically. No deposits, no recurring purchases, no hidden capital requirements — your commitment is measured in performance and professional standards.
How traders progress to live capital
Only the qualification stage runs in a simulated environment with real-time U.S. exchange data. Every stage after it uses live markets and real firm capital.
Qualification stage
Simulated environment only. Market data is taken directly from U.S. exchanges in real time to remove manipulation risk. Demonstrate consistency and risk discipline; we review your performance and trade analysis.
Entity routing
Based on your experience, jurisdiction, strategy and requirements, we recommend the appropriate group entity. Hi2morrow handles education and selection only — funded-account management sits with the chosen entity.
Onboarding & contracting
You sign a remote contractor or employment agreement with the assigned entity to manage company-funded accounts. Full KYC/AML verification is completed (identity, liveness, banking, jurisdiction). The agreement sets risk rules and profit-sharing terms.
Integration & setup
Additional training, a personal risk manager and mentor, and team introductions. Access to your trading workstation (if required), platform credentials, paid research subscriptions and communication channels. A full guide to fees and platform operations is provided during onboarding.
Live trading — real capital, real execution
You manage real firm capital in live U.S. equity markets. Orders use Direct Market Access (DMA) routed to U.S. stock exchanges. Execution is A-Book only — real market orders, no B-book. Market data comes directly from the exchanges.
All orders route through Hitomorrow Securities LTD (ex T.C.R. International Ltd), regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under CIF License No. 237/14, via eligible counterparties.
Performance & ongoing partnership
After qualification, performance and payouts are based on real P&L in live markets with real risk. Profit sharing aligns interests — the firm earns only when you generate net profit. You receive ongoing guidance from an experienced team, and capital and risk limits adjust with your results.

Platforms
Newer traders begin on simpler platforms; experienced traders may choose Lightspeed, Sterling Pro, DAS or NOVA. All connect to real-time exchange data. Monthly platform and data fees are charged by providers and exchanges and deducted automatically from the trading account on the 1st of each month. Complete instructions are given during onboarding.
Every fee, passed through transparently
Commissions are charged by executing brokers and exchanges and range from $0.20 to $1.50 per 100 shares depending on order type, routing and volume. Tier-based pricing applies. All exchange fees, ECN fees, SEC fees and locate fees are passed through transparently and deducted from the account.
A detailed schedule of every fee — platform, data, commissions, regulatory — is provided during onboarding.
Aligned incentives, in writing
You sign a remote contractor or employment agreement with the assigned entity to manage company-funded trading accounts. It covers responsibilities, risk-management requirements and profit-sharing terms. After qualification, all performance measurement and payouts are based on real P&L generated in live markets with real capital at risk.
Interests are aligned: the firm earns only when the trader produces net profit. Ongoing support from risk managers and mentors is there to help you stay consistent.
Important risk disclosure
Trading U.S. equities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Traders manage firm capital; losses follow the terms of the contractor agreement. Platform, data and commission fees are deducted from the account regardless of P&L. Drawdown limits and risk rules are enforced strictly, and breaches may lead to restriction or termination. Hi2morrow and group entities make no guarantee of capital allocation, profit or continued access. All traders complete full KYC/AML; legal and tax responsibilities rest with the trader. Review the complete contractor agreement and risk policy before signing.
