How we partner with traders

Our model is built for professionals ready to operate with real capital and institutional standards.

A clear path to live capital

Simulated qualification runs on direct real-time feeds from U.S. exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX). Pass it and you transition to managing real firm capital in live markets with institutional execution — no perpetual demos, no pay-to-play.

We select serious traders

Our process identifies disciplined professionals who show edge, risk management and consistency under live-market conditions — traders ready to operate within strict institutional risk parameters on firm capital.

Partnerships built on performance

Qualification success brings firm investment in infrastructure, mentorship and development: dedicated risk oversight, platform access, paid research and team integration. Profit share aligns incentives so both sides grow together.

Real capital, institutional execution

After onboarding you manage live firm-funded accounts and execute real orders on U.S. equities via Direct Market Access. Capital scales with performance and risk adherence. Live capital — not a simulated environment.

One qualification. No capital required from you.

A single successful pass opens the opportunity; the firm provides the funding. Platform fees, market-data fees and standard commissions are charged transparently to the trading account and deducted automatically. No deposits, no recurring purchases, no hidden capital requirements — your commitment is measured in performance and professional standards.

Single qualification → funded trader

How traders progress to live capital

Only the qualification stage runs in a simulated environment with real-time U.S. exchange data. Every stage after it uses live markets and real firm capital.

01

Qualification stage

Simulated environment only. Market data is taken directly from U.S. exchanges in real time to remove manipulation risk. Demonstrate consistency and risk discipline; we review your performance and trade analysis.

02

Entity routing

Based on your experience, jurisdiction, strategy and requirements, we recommend the appropriate group entity. Hi2morrow handles education and selection only — funded-account management sits with the chosen entity.

03

Onboarding & contracting

You sign a remote contractor or employment agreement with the assigned entity to manage company-funded accounts. Full KYC/AML verification is completed (identity, liveness, banking, jurisdiction). The agreement sets risk rules and profit-sharing terms.

!

Important risk disclosure

Trading U.S. equities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Traders manage firm capital; losses follow the terms of the contractor agreement. Platform, data and commission fees are deducted from the account regardless of P&L. Drawdown limits and risk rules are enforced strictly, and breaches may lead to restriction or termination. Hi2morrow and group entities make no guarantee of capital allocation, profit or continued access. All traders complete full KYC/AML; legal and tax responsibilities rest with the trader. Review the complete contractor agreement and risk policy before signing.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the qualification stage and the funded stage?
Only the qualification stage runs in a simulated environment with real-time market data from U.S. exchanges. Once you pass, you move to the funded stage — managing real firm capital in live markets with real P&L and real market risk.
Is the funded stage real live U.S. equities or still simulated?
The funded stage uses real live U.S. equities. All trades are executed in live markets via Direct Market Access (DMA) to the underlying U.S. stock exchanges. Execution is strictly A-Book — real market orders only.
Do I need to deposit any money to start or to trade?
No. You only need to pass the qualification once. Hi2morrow and the group entities provide all funding. Platform fees, market-data fees and standard commissions are transparently deducted from the trading account. There are no deposits, no reset purchases and no hidden capital requirements from you.
Which trading platforms are used?
A range of platforms is available depending on your experience and strategy. Newer traders often start on simpler platforms; more experienced traders can use Lightspeed, Sterling Pro, DAS or NOVA. All platforms receive direct real-time market data. Monthly platform and data fees are automatically deducted from the trading account on the 1st of each month. A full guide is provided during onboarding.
How are commissions, data fees and locate fees handled?
Commissions range from $0.20 to $1.50 per 100 shares depending on order type and volume (tier-based). All exchange fees, ECN fees, SEC fees and locate fees are passed through transparently and deducted from the trading account. A complete itemized fee schedule is provided during onboarding.
Which company will I sign the agreement with and manage capital for?
Hi2morrow handles education and the qualification/selection process only. After passing, you are directed to one of the group entities based on your profile and jurisdiction. You sign a contractor or employment agreement with that entity (Neoway Trading LTD in Cyprus, Hitomorrow Investment LLC in UAE, or HTM Securities (Master Trade) LTD in Mauritius) and manage capital allocated by that entity. All orders are executed through Hitomorrow Securities LTD (ex T.C.R. International Ltd), regulated by CySEC under CIF License No. 237/14.
How are payouts and profit sharing handled?
After qualification, all performance and payouts are based on real trading P&L in live markets. You operate under a profit-sharing arrangement defined in your contractor agreement. The firm earns only when you generate net profit. Ongoing support from a dedicated risk manager and mentor is provided.
What happens if I experience losses or a drawdown?
Strict risk-management rules and drawdown limits are enforced by your assigned risk manager. Losses are managed according to the terms of your contractor agreement. Breaches of risk parameters can result in account restriction or termination. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Is order execution DMA and A-Book only?
Yes. All orders use Direct Market Access (DMA) and are routed to the underlying U.S. stock exchanges. Execution is strictly A-Book — real market orders with no B-book or internal matching. Market data is sourced directly from the exchanges.
Can I trade remotely from any location?
Yes. Remote contractor arrangements are available. After onboarding you receive all necessary credentials, platform access and support. Some roles may offer in-house options depending on the entity and your location. Full KYC/AML verification is required regardless of location.
